In order to configure JobTabs Job Search & Resume to work with Google's GMail, set the SMTP/POP3 fields as shown in the graphic below.

Please understand that Google may change these values at any time. Prior to releasing the most recent version of JobTabs, we check the GMail website to make sure the settings were still correct. Note the following,
- Your POP3 Username is the same as your email address.
- The SMTP Mail Server is,
smtp.gmail.com
- Your SMTP Port must be set to 465. The industry standard is port 25, but because of the security constraints imposed by Google 465 must be used.
- Set SMTP Authorization Required to True by clicking the button which will show up when you select the field. As shown in the Authentication dialog, it is imperative that you check the Authentication Required check box as well as select the Use POP3 user name and password.
