Activating the Header/Footer property will place the cursor in the page header
Toggles between the header and footer.
Provided you have not elected to manage the first page header/footer the same as all other pages, this option will place the cursor in the page header of the first page. While there are no rules dictating that it is inappropriate, it is generally considered bad form to have a header or footer on the first page of a resume or cover letter.
This option allows you to manage the header/footer for all pages except the first page. If you elect not to manage the first page headers and footers separately, any header/footer changes you apply will affect the headers and footers on the first page as well.
Header and footer properties can be managed using the dialog opened by this menu selection.
