Insert boiler plate text into your document. Supported formats are RTF and regular text all of which can be formatted to your liking upon being inserted.
Insert an image into your document. Use this feature to insert a scanned copy of your signature when sending cover letters via email or online.

Insert a text frame. Text frames are boxes of text that have separate formatting applied to them. You would typically add a text frame if wanted to include a quote which might represent your work ethic or mindset when serving customers.
Inserting a page break will force a new page to be created for your document.
