If there is an update, no matter how small, it can be downloaded and seamlessly integrated into your existing installation. No reinstalls, no diskettes to lose, and no holding for tech support. This even includes the help file!
In the unlikely event you encounter any bugs we have implemented a facility to report, with your explicit permission, the error to us immediately. You may have seen similar dialogs in Internet Explorer.
At our development site we have a saying, "The squeaky wheel gets the grease." If you have a compliment, complaint, observation or request you would like to share with us we would love to hear it. As a testament to our earnest in serving you, we have made it easy for you to provide your feedback by providing a link on the status bar of the main form. In addition to being logged in our feedback database, all feedback is routed directly to the email inbox of each member of the development team and the email inbox of the company president. The feedback is assigned to a future release depending on the type and work effort involved. The contents of the database are also reviewed prior to every new design phase.
